WHAT IS A REFERRING ORGANIZATION?
A Chariots4Hope Referring Organization is an approved non-profit that submits referrals for one of our programs. Individuals referred to us must meet the established criteria and have an engagement with the organization for an extended time.
Referring organizations offer long-term case management services to individuals and families in transition and working towards self-sufficiency. Their services include assistance with budgeting, counseling, employment, housing, recovery, and much more.
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
Once we receive your application, one of our representatives will contact you to continue the application process. Please note that we only accept referrals from approved Referring Agencies.
